Adoption Center of Delaware Valley Strategic Advancement Associate
The fellow will increase the Center’s visibility in the community and creating opportunities to cultivate
new supporters in order to place children living in foster care into permanent, caring homes. Project Description
After School Activities Partnerships* Research and Communications Associate
The fellow will engage in research, evaluation, and communications in order to improve and expand after-school programming for Philadelphia youth. Project Description
Calcutta House Development and Communications Fellow
The fellow will develop Calcutta House’s financial resources and communications capacity to enable it to serve an increased number of homeless indigent individuals living with AIDS. Project Description
Center for Literacy Development Fellow
The fellow will develop financial resources for CFL to enable an increased number of learners to become more self-sufficient by getting their GED, obtaining or retaining employment, and entering postsecondary education or training programs. Project Description
Children’s Crisis Treatment Center* Special Projects Fellow
The fellow will advance CcTC as a provider of behavioral-health services for children served by the city’s expanding charter school landscape, as well as other communities with similar needs. Project Description
Community Partnership School* Community Outreach Manager
The fellow will work to increase the number of community partners that assist in executing the mission of this independent North Philadelphia school through online media tools, in order to ensure a high-quality and affordable education for CPS’s students. Project Description
Clarifi (formerly Consumer Credit Counseling Service)* Program Evaluation Specialist
The fellow will improve the Education Financial Services program’s efficiency and build communications capacity in order to better provide college and career planning services for low-income students and families. Project Description
Fleisher Art Memorial* Marketing Communications Coordinator
The fellow will improve Fleisher’s efficiency in internal and external communications to ensure its arts education programming reaches a broad constituent base including low-income and immigrant residents of South Philadelphia. Project Description
Guild House West (Friends Rehabilitation Program) Development and Volunteerism Fellow
The fellow will increase the organization's capacity to facilitate food access for the low-income elderly and disabled residents of Guild House West through community gardening and the creation of a food co-op. Project Description
HIAS Pennsylvania * Refugee Food Security and Nutrition Coordinator
The fellow will expand our resettlement program’s services to help refugee families access healthy food and wellness by promoting community integration and by supporting economic self-sufficiency. Project Description
Pennsylvania Health Law Project* Communications Fellow
The fellow will work on designing and implementing communications strategies to increase access to and improve healthcare. Project Description
Philadelphia Youth Network* Project Associate
The fellow will expand the visibility and impact of the Student Success Centers, which provide support to young people to prepare them for high school graduation and transition into college. Project Description
Project H.O.M.E.* Environmental Sustainability Plan Coordinator
The fellow will address the need for environmental sustainability through programming across this organization, including community garden efforts, transition to green materials, LEED certified building projects, and more. Project Description
University Community Collaborative of Philadelphia at Temple University Program Coordinator
The fellow will coordinate the POWER Internship, which increases the academic, civic and leadership skills of youth from low-income neighborhoods in Philadelphia. Project Description
