Fellows select from a list of engaging and challenging positions at some of Philadelphia’s most dynamic non-profit agencies.

Fellows receive furnished housing, which they share with other members of the program, in a vibrant Philadelphia neighborhood. Rent is paid by the program (fellows pay utilities). Learn more about housing and community living.

Fellows receive a $12,191 living stipend, health insurance,student loan forbearance, and a $5,350 education award (upon completion of the program). These benefits are awarded through the AmeriCorps*VISTA program (Learn more about VISTA benefits ).

Fellows receive a $60/month transportation stipend.

Fellows have regular opportunities to participate in leadership training, networking programs and events with Philadelphia’s civic leaders.

Fellows immerse themselves in the Philadelphia community and experience everything the city has to offer.
